Joined Oakland A’s in 1968. World Series MVP 1974. AL’s MVP 1981. Cy Young Award 1981. Saves: 341 regular seasons, 6 in three World Series with the Oakland A’s, 1972, 1973, 1974. Voted relief pitcher of the decade for the 70s. 17 years in majors. Inducted Baseball Hall of Fame 1992. Enshrined in the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame in 1993.
