George Blanda

 

As an Oakland Raider, 1967-75, he set team records as all-time scoring leader, 863 points and single-season record, 117 points. AFC Player of the Year, 1970 for his last minute heroics, which brought the raiders the Championship. Holds the NFL scoring record of 2,002 points; most PATS, 943, and most games, 340. With Chicago Bears 1949-58; Houston Oilers, 1960-66. Elected NFL Hall of Fame 1981. Enshrined in Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame 1989.
