With the Warriors for 33 seasons: as player 11 years, head coach 14, general manager 3, vice president and consultant since 1986. As player was in 774 NBA games at guard. Nicknamed "The Destroyer." As a coach, one of 12 in NBA to coach more than 1,000 games. Coached Warriors to NBA championship 1975, beating Washington Bullets 4 straight. Enshrined in the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame in 1993.
