Rosie Casals

 

Developed her tennis skills at San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. At 16 was ranked top 5 in women's singles for 11 consecutive years. Ranked #1 worldwide in doubles with 12 grand-slam doubles titles. A pioneer of women's tennis, co-founder of the Women's Tennis Association, inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 1996 and the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame in 2003.
